As we embark on our journeys into the new year, we resolve to grow, to change and to tackle our goals—whatever they may be. Our slates have been wiped, and 2019 gives us 12 new months to inspire ourselves and each other. Every January, I try to take the time to admire those little “wins” and learn from mistakes or shortfalls in order to create a foundation for a better, more successful, more charitable new year. I challenge you to plan ahead this year and set aside time and space to do something for yourself, to take care of YOU to the best of your abilities.
