The Exchange Gives New Urban Experience to Fort Collins Residents 1

A New Destination inside Old Town

The inviting open-air central plaza is canopied with strings of lights and community-style picnic tables surrounded by inspired cuisine, craft cocktails and beer served via shipping container cars. The Exchange sits in the plaza encompassed by College Avenue, Riverside Avenue, and Jefferson Street and hopes to revitalize Old Town’s 200 block on North College to create an energetic gathering place.

The perimeter of the Exchange includes new restaurants; bars; shops; and casual food and dessert stands like the Pizza Press, Vatos Tacos and Tequila, Coppermuse Distiller, Crooked Stave Artisan Beer, Chick’nCone, FoCo DoCo Donut Company and Bloom Flower Market & Floral Design. The Exchange will also include Churn, the latest creation from Little Man Ice Cream. Inspired by their original Denver concept, Churn will emphasize the food sensation that comes from enjoying homemade ice cream and handcrafted malts.

The Exchange will also welcome creative offices, additional restaurant spaces and more. The Exchange offers plenty of South Old Town street parking and ample bike parking, a bike service station and connectivity to the Poudre Trail.
